Multi-Protocol Call Control Server (MPCCS)
The Multi-Protocol Call Control Server (sometimes referred to as a 'softswitch') provides intelligent network services for VoIP endpoints and supports multiple VoIP protocols including H.323, SIP and LGP. The MPCCS provides call control, routing, and value-added functions such as protocol translation and network optimization. Additionally, it acts as an application platform for feature-rich services provided by
FirstVoIP.com or 3rd party applications. When used in conjunction with
FirstVoIP.com's Real Time Billing Environment for dynamic account knowledge, it forms the foundation for deploying virtually any new VoIP service.
Media Server (MS)
The Media Server and interactive voice response solution set is a robust and scalable platform for the development of IVR services, supporting thousands of simultaneous lines in a wide variety of telecom configurations. The solution incorporates voice recognition, text -to-speech, and CTI technologies.
Real Time Billing Environment (RTBE)
