  FVBS VoIP Accounting System

FVBS is an accounting system for prepaid(Calling card) VoIP accounts identified by a " Pin Number ".
Supports RADIUS protocol and most RADIUS-compatible VoIP gateways, especially Cisco systems, and may be installed on an IP network or the Internet.
Receives and manages Authentication and Authorization requests of calls, and manages the Accounting process.

Supports Internet Accounting Features , so calling cards may be used as Internet Access Cards .
Supports CallerID Detection Feature: CallerIDs may be bound to Pin numbers, so customers do not need to
enter their Pin number in each call.
Supports several OS-platforms.
Provides useful reports, charts, and statistics.
3 login levels including Administrator(who defines gateways, carriers, routeplans, and resellers), Resellers(who define card types and prices, define and manage cards-pins-, and define customer supports), and Customer Supports who provide support for end users.
End-user login page, in which users may review the price list as well as their usage history.
Both fixed and carrier-rate-based pricing for resellers.
Based on Oracle Database Server, FVBS provides extremely high performance, stability and reliability for large scale calling card providers.

    FVBS User-Login Review:

FVBS provides three different user login levels:

    Administrator:

Defines and manages gateway IPs, and ports.

Defines multiple VoIP carriers and imports their rate lists.

Defines and imports a " Prefix Dictionary ", in which call destination prefixes are grouped in " Main Groups " (Country codes) and " Sub Groups " (for example mobile, proper, premium, etc.). All calling card pricings and " Route Plan " definitions would use this grouping method.

Defines multiple " Route Plans ", in which calls to each Main Group and Sub Group in dictionary may be defined to route to a certain carrier, or automatically be routed to the carrier with the " Least Cost Rate ", with a quality equal or more than a defined amount.

Defines and manages second level users, called " Resellers ".

Defines multiple " Billing Plans " and corresponding rate lists for resellers.

Defines and manages " Global Customer Supports ", who can give support to all users regardless of their reseller.

Manages ports allowed for each reseller calls.

Defines destinations allowed for each reseller calls, based on dictionary.

Defines maximum allowed simultaneous calls of each reseller.

Gets reports and CDR(Call Details Records) of:

  • Routes to each carrier grouped by each reseller's traffic.
  • Routes to each destination in dictionary, grouped by each reseller's traffic.
  • Total reseller usage.
  • Daily and hourly reports grouped by each reseller's traffic.

Administrator can " Impersonate " or " login as " one of its resellers.

    Reseller:

Generates and manages multiple " calling card types".

Generates and manages Pin Numbers for each card type.

For each card type, the following parameters may be defined:

  • " Peak Time " and " Off-Peak Time " price list.
  • " Free Initial Duration ": all calls with duration less than it would be free.
  • " Initial Round-up Value ": all calls with duration less than it, would be rounded up to this duration.
  • " Round-up steps ": all call durations would be rounded up to this incremental step.
  • " Constant Factor ": all call durations would be multiplied by this constant, before accounting calculations.

Defines multiple users as customer supports and manages their permission to handle each card type. Reseller can also grant " Add Credit " permission to each customer support.

Gets reports and CDR of:

  • Calls to each card type.
  • Total traffic to each carrier.
  • Total traffic to each group in dictionary.
  • Daily and hourly traffic report grouped by each card type.

Reseller can " Impersonate " or " login as " one of its customer supports.

Customer Support: Customer supports are able to:

View credit, usage, and logs of each Pin number.

View price list of each card type.

Add credit to Pin numbers (if reseller has permitted).

View failed calls of each Pin number and the failure reason.

View online pins, call durations, and called numbers.
